About Dr Lin Cui Li
Dr Lin has over 18 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology and hepatology. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Columbia University Medical Center (USA) and specialist training in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Brown University (USA).
She further subspecialised in Advanced Endoscopy at the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center.
Before entering private practice, Dr Lin served as Head of Service and Senior Consultant in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Sengkang General Hospital.

A Gastroenterologist assesses conditions affecting the oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine (colon), liver, biliary system, and pancreas. You may consider a consultation if you experience:
- Persistent acid reflux or heartburn
- Constipation, diarrhoea, or changes in bowel habits
- Abdominal pain, bloating, or discomfort
- Blood in the stool or unexplained anaemia
- Abnormal liver blood tests or jaundice
- Questions about gastroscopy, colonoscopy or digestive screening

Dr Lin provides consultation and management for a wide range of digestive conditions, including:
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Constipation and bowel habit changes
- Liver conditions such as fatty liver, hepatitis, and cirrhosis
- Pancreatic cysts and biliary disorders
- Gastrointestinal polyps and submucosal lesions
She has a clinical interest in digestive cancer screening and prevention.
Endoscopy & Advanced Procedures
As part of her clinical practice, Dr Lin performs and advises on:
- Diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy
- Colonoscopy, including screening colonoscopy
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) with or without fine needle aspiration
- Diagnostic imaging
Investigations are recommended based on symptoms, medical history, and clinical assessment.
